Palawan is the fifth largest island
in the Philippines and is home to numerous indigenous groups, including the Molbog tribe. While many are engaged in farming and fishing for their livelihood, they reside in remote areas that are hard to reach with the gospel. Edwin and Nervie have faithfully shared Jesus with the Molbog group for several years but have faced resistance.
However, When Edwin began sharing stories from God's Word, it transformed the way the Molbog people understood the Bible.
They witnessed many leaders within the community embracing these stories and passing them on to their families and others.
One man, who had previously persecuted them, confessed that he had been unwilling to listen to them until he heard these stories, which opened his heart to the need for Jesus in his life.
